I need a good full body mirror. Believe it or not, I only get to see my whole outfit after I've taken my photos. Maybe it's pretty obvious considering how mismatched I am..even my make up is clashing. Oh wells. I toned down the colors of some of the photos so it's not that bad...but look at the 2nd one. Mirrror check before leaving the house!!!

Wore this to watch HP7! Finally. Yes, I cried. With sniffles. My bf kept laughing at me. I didn't really think I was going to...very few films have made me tear up. But maybe it shouldn't be too much of a surprise because I've cried everytime (about 3 times) I read the book. I wanna watch again, in 3D! 

ps. it's either I'm getting really boring or I'm starting to annoy people, I've been losing "readers". hmmm..

I didn't realized how creased my skirt was until I saw these photos. Yikes. Good thing my family and I just had dinner and went home. 

I had a little extra time so I played around with my palettes. I've missed putting on eyeshadow. Might do it more often again.

Here I go again with my striped outfit. 

I dropped by last Sunday to the SuperSale Bazaar in Rockwell. I wasn't planning to and was hoping I could skip all bazaars for a while. But the family wanted a change of venue so off we went. I am proud to say though that I left with just 2 things for myself and couple of stuff for other people. 

I was actually eyeing a pair of shoes from DAS. I was asked if I wanted to try it on and it took every willpower I had to walk away. That has always been my downfall, trying on things. I get attach easily.

And...I just have to say how kilig I was to be recognized by someone through my blog. It was a first. (Hi Sol of Digital Traincase. I used to read your blog all the time.) If you're fond of nail polish and NYX, check out her store. Really reasonable prices.

It's PENSHOPPE

Took the day off from work yesterday to attend Penshoppe's launching of their newly renovated shop in SM North Edsa. 

I have to say that I was pleasantly surprise with what Penshoppe has to offer now. I had this misconception in my head that I would be surrounded by endless tees and tank tops. Upon entering the shop though, a lot of cute pieces caught my eye immediately. And really loved the men's section..I might drag the boyfriend for a little shopping. 

I especially love their footwear. Both for men and women. I wanted this pair badly...but they didn't have it in my size. Sayang.

I wanted to buy this blazer!!! Love the buttons and blue piping, and of course the color. 

This jacket is so versatile. Really good din for our weather because it's not too thick. 

And I love that Penshoppe held a styling contest for the bloggers. At this point parang dinaanan na ng bagyo ang store. Everyone was grabbing stuff everywhere. I teamed up with Pax and Aie. We changed outfit a couple of times when we saw that other teams were using some of the items we wanted to use. And came up with something mix of boho and preppy. Totally would wear it.

On The Soft Side Of Things

Today was both a good and sad day. A high school batch mate recently passed away. We weren't close and at one point even got into a misunderstanding. But it's always sad when someone goes, especially unexpectedly. I think of all the people she left behind...and my heart grieves with them. 

We often forget how every second counts. The "Now" is the only reality we have, we have to live it and embrace it. You have to tell the people that you love just how much you love them. You have to find a reason to smile, everyday! Even for the simplest things. 

 Laugh hard. Give forgiveness. Forgive yourself. Eat chocolates. Draw, paint, sing, dance. Be thankful. Hug your sister. Tickle your brother. Wear bright pink lips. Let go. Set free. Anything and everything. Don't let the moment pass you by. 

It was a good day because I saw some of my high school friends, almost burnt my hair with the blowdryer, spent some time with my boyfriend and his family. Ok, so maybe the burning my hair thing is not so great. I panicked as strands of hair just fell from my head. Nonetheless, I like this day. How was yours?

PS. The horseshoe ring was a gift of my dad to my mom. It has their names and the date 2-14-77 engraved on it. It's older than me! Now that's a treasure.

I used to be a planner. I plan my outfit days before and I have reserved outfits in case something goes wrong. I'd locked myself up in our room and go wild with my clothes. Lately though I just grab anything in sight and pile it on. Sometimes it works, other times I look exactly like that: piled on clothes. My point is... actually I don't think I have one. I just ramble a lot. 

Anyhows, talk about irony. I was just saying how I'm going to cut my hair short in the previous post and now it behaves like that. I like it. I like it a lot. If only it'll stay that way everyday. Now, I'm having second thoughts about that pact. We'll see. 

I'm a little saddened by my blog, walang activity. hahaha...Do you guys have any thoughts, violent reaction, suggestion, requests or fashion challenge? Maiba lang. Lemme know.
